Bellway Homes will commence construction of the first phase of homes at Fonnereau Neighbourhood, part of the proposed Ipswich Garden Suburb, in October 2024. The Ipswich Garden Suburb is set to deliver 3,500 homes in the new community in north Ipswich.
Overall, we control land within Fonnereau Neighbourhood that will provide circa 440 homes. Our first phase of homes will be constructed on the parcel of land to the north east of Fonnereau Neighbourhood to the west of Westerfield Road. Phase one will include 198 residential dwellings of mixed type and tenure, including affordable homes.
